The Three Little Pigs

This project is the result of an undergraduate music module at Kingston University called Collaborative Performance Project 1: Hybrid Art Form. The brief was to, in groups, create some music and accompany it with some any other art form. My group (with Alex Canon, Luke Page and Tim Pascoe) chose film/animation. The start and end of the video consists of live-action sections, but the main part of the video consists of shadow puppets filmed using an overhead projector, with digital effects applied. The voice and narration parts were pre-recorded, but the music was performed live. It is the story of a young Jewish boy in Nazi Germany who can’t get to sleep, so his father reads him a bedtime story.
